What is the estimated delivery time, Hidden charges?
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
- Buyer Shipping address within Delhi or nearby our warehouse
- Product`s availability with us
- The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Buyer
- There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on website. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
- Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on our shipping policy.
MazBox does not/cannot ship to my area, COD. Why?
Please enter your pin code/Area on the product page (you don`t have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location. If you haven`t provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability. Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
- Whether we can ship to your location
- Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
- The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
- Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
- Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
- Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
- To return any items that are damaged or expired or not as per your original order, Please return these products to the delivery person along with a remark on the delivery receipt. Please contact customer service by email or call through the contact us link on the website mention the return of products along with the order number and the date of delivery.
- All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition within 48 hours of delivery. Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded. Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products.
- All exchanges or refunds will be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
Please allow us Three to Four day’s time from the day you return your package for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
